Diplo after Coins?!

I am a 16 or 17 raki diplomat. Did it as a little bit of a time filler occasionally, but even though I got a whole bunch of cards from all over Telon I never pursued Diplo that much, cause I just lacked the time and focused on adventuring.

ok so I went for my martok mount a couple of months ago and now with PoTA released, diplomacy suddenly got a good boost in usefulness (faction grinding)

The problem is that I am at around -20k faction about EVERYwhere except for Martok.

my questions:
is there still a reasonable chance to level diplomacy WITHOUT grinding faction everywhere (which with -20k about everywhere will take around 12 years or more with my playtime) ?

where to go? I mean, 95% of the towns I am KOS with hardly any chance to get back to nonKOS, NT houses are still 15 levels away and to gain any title but speaker of Martok seems highly unlikely.

I think you'll be stuck trying to diplo your faction out. I've found on quite a few occasions that I can diplo certain NPCs that are KOS and are red, but they don't attack. You'll just have to be careful.
