Qalian Guarantee for Guild Halls

If you want to know what diplomats have to do for Guild Halls, I've just found the one for Qalia - http://www.vgtact.com/wiki/index.php/Qalian_Guarantee_for_Guild_Halls

Looks like its all civic diplomacy to get information and baubles.

NB, my level 11 Diplomat on Test was able to get the quest, but obviously was not able to complete the quest. Waiting for character copies from Shidreth before I can test further.

If that indeed is what is what we will do in regards to guild halls when they go live its not like we get anything new, its just civic diplomacy again with another NPC to dump the stuff at.

Wow, no kidding. And no level requirement? So a diplo with a skill of 100 and no prestige at all could get the pieces for a guild hall? I am not sure I like that at all. I was hoping for something more than just another Civic grind, but if this is what it is going to be, at least make the info required T4 info or something. Maybe I am being snobbish here, but gaining the rights to something like a guild hall doesn't seem like something any level diplomat ought to be able to do.

Seems like there ought to be prestige requirements as well, or titles. Should only be able to get the quest for the guild hall if you have the 3 city titles, or have your prestige at 500 in all three cities, or SOMETHING at least.

Hmmm, unless that is just the first leg on a longer quest line? Then the info numbers seem really high, but I would be much happier with that.

It doesn't specify what Tier information is required, so that may be the level requirement. Unless I misunderstood something.

Nope I'm with you Skaw, like I said, make it T4 info at least. Maybe they will, maybe it is just not in the text.

The amounts look about right, given what else is needed for the guild halls.

Nothing like needing 1600 obsidian tiles (for the large guild hall). Amongst a whackload of other stuff. including 9000 granite bricks

Fortunately my character from beta still had a mixture of information from all 5 tiers, and I can report that the quest would only accept some of the information I had.

The quest definitely seems to require information from several different tiers, but until I can test every tier, I won't know for certain what the tier required for each information type is.
