If you have collected every piece of the four full suits given to you, you will be able to trade them in for a full suit that has presence in all four stations.

You can obtain this quest without all the 24 items in your inventory, however, you cannot complete it unless they are.

Dialogue

Quest Offering

“Well now, you seem to be burneded [sic] with a number of different suits of clothing. I know of a woman skilled enough who would be capable of making a single set of clothes with their combined effects.”

“If you’re interested in turning four suits into one, you should seek out Weaver Jekaqie. She used to live in Ahgram, tailoring for all the finest families, but she went blind some years ago and sought solitude in the cliffs near Khal. She lives there now in a small lighthouse with her cat Cottontail.”

Quest Completion

Jekaqie runs her hands over everything you've given her and smiles. She nods to herself. "Yes, yes, I can make you a suit that will give you credibility with these diverse groups."

A short time passes and she produces for you a stunning green suit. "Here you are. Fine work, if I do say so myself. Nothing compared to the suit I made for the Sultan's ordination. It was made of the finest cotton and sewn in with tiny specks of diamonds and rubies."

She sighs heavily. "I could never work with such tiny details anymore." She touches her eyes tenderly.
