Find Captain Liu on the Tawar Galan docks and convince him that the map is worthless and to give it to you.
Return to Captain Bene Raynier with the third part of the map.

Captain Liu can be found on the upper part of the Tanvu dock, /loc -20500, -84290, 1657.
Dialogue
Quest Offering
"Captain Iso Liu," says Bene.
"He was once a small time smuggler, but he hit it big when he happened to be the only man left after a brawl in a Khal tavern. He disappeared, and so did all the black market goods and coin."
Bene pauses. "If he's got the map, he either knows it's valuable, or has decided its worthless by now. Convincing him to hand it over will be difficult, as he'll suspect it to be of greater value."
"I need you to get that map: otherwise, we go with plan B. Plan B is messy."
Captain Liu
- "Today is a wonderful day to make new friends."
- You say, "Captain Liu, I have business that should be discussed now rather than later."
- Captain Liu smirks at you. "Forward, aren't we?" He turns to the lady next to him and whispers a short apology.
- "If we must speak business, then let us do so," Captain Liu states. "Your forwardness, however, prompts me to inform you that I am likely not in the market for anything you have to sell."
- "Information is always in demand, captain, and so therefore there is business between us," you counter.
- Captain Liu smiles. "Ah, the best kind of commodity. Once you have it, you never lose it. Tell me, what information do you have to sell?"
- You say, "The map you have will lead you nowhere."
- Liu's expression does not change. "You are a little late for that information, I'm afraid. We have already searched the map thoroughly."
- He continues, "Tell me, however, what the secret of the map is, for I know there is one but I cannot unravel its mystery."
- "First I wish to lay out the terms, and then I will tell you the value of the map," you demand.
- Captain Liu nods slightly. "Very well, what are your terms?"
- You say, "Starting, you give me the map and I give that map to my employer. Second, I tell you why you will not ask for any money for this exchange. Third, we split the benefits of this exchange such that I am entitled five percent of the profits."
- Captain Liu smirks. "I respond by asking who your employer is, then I ask why I shall simply give you the map for free, and then I finish by asking how much money I am looking to gain from this union."
- You say, "Captain Kurik is my employer, and the reason you will give the map freely is because he has the second half of it and with both halves will do all the work for you, and thirdly should your attack be executed flawlessly, you aim to earn enough to buy a fleet of ships."
- "And you would earn enough for one of your own," he smiles. "Since the map has proven useless to me so far, I see no reason not to follow this path."
- You bow your head slightly in respect. "There is no telling what the map will show when both halves are united. Be prepared for anything."
- Captain Liu nods. "Worry not, my eyes and ears are well attuned to Tawar Galan. Kurik won't get far without me knowing."
Quest Completion
Captain Bene looks at the map piece and smiles.
[Continue]
"By Vaelion's stars, you did it."
Captain Bene Says, "Alright, I think we're all set here." He opens his coin purse and counts out a handsome sum.
"I just hope that this map ends up being worth it."
