Walkthrough

Isa gives you the 5 contracts and pledges. Take them to Kwo Halfmoon to complete the quest (inside the Hall of Records in Sun Village, /loc -30554, -18584, 997)

Dialogue

Quest Offering

"The last instructions," Isa Uyo says, "require you to report to Kwo Halfmoon."

"Take the contracts and promises I received from the volunteers and deliver them. I'll mark your log in case you forget where to find him."

Quest Completion

"I was expecting you, <Name>," Kwo says. "I knew Taejin would evenutally lead you to me."

"I do not know why he wants you to deliver these notes to me," Kwo continues. "I assume he merely wants me to see them in passing. You'll need to take them all the way back to Taejin." Kwo smiles. "He is very good about keeping me informed though, I will grant him that."

"However, something has come up I need you to look into," he says.
